and went WEEE WEEE WEEE all the way home with great new finds and inspiration to share with you all. Here’s all the good stuff I spied before my phone died.
LOVED the temporary space of Emporium Home by Ashley Childers. They’ll be getting some business from J. SHO in 2014.
Moving on to Low Country Originals.
I WANT ONE!
Or two, or three.
I love a long and lean lamp line like this. How pretty and perfect are you?
Thought the shade on this little darling was perfect and such a great way to bring in more texture and pattern. Never have enough!

I really want to incorporate more brackets/shelves vignettes like these lucite numbers below…
Can make such a statement for your favorite collection of things.
Loved the boxy, cozy feel of this settee. I’d prefer it in a solid so you don’t lose the lines of it.
Didn’t know what that new button was on my camera phone software so you’ll need some sunglasses for the next two pics…the top of that coffee table is marble and its to die.
Love a pair of these mirrors flanking a entry way in a foyer or some other grand space in your home.
DIG this candelabra, picture it holding its own in a minimalistic grand foyer next to a giant oversized piece of art.
I mean what’s not to love about this vignette. Layer upon layer. You could totally make it your own with a set of oversized plates, suspend the mirror over top, a pair of lamps and SHAZAM you’re burning up Pinterest!
Found some great small space, high style tables. A pair of these would ROCK, each with its own stool underneath.
I’m crazy for this art deco style of lighting right now. I should know the name. Shame on me.
My favorite pair, the white marble with the gold. Perfect.
YES SIR.
A pair at the end of a bed, punch up the glam with a great pattern, particularly a really expensive one because you won’t need very much – uh huh.
A nearby art deco relative…
sleek take on apothecary glass
This pic was all about the wallpaper pattern and color. Navy! The bomb.
Speaking of color, this print launched a thousand color palette combos in my mind.
I love these for flanking the end of a dining table, instead of the traditional wing back or higher back chair. And the seat was nice and WIDE like someone elses I know. Wink. Wink.
Liked the look but thought hell that shts getting knocked over by the Hubs and no doubt a chalice of red wine will be sitting atop when it happens. Never mind.
Patiently awaiting the arrival of this little lady for a tween bathroom.
My “you’re coming with me” pick of the day. I’m so loving this pendant from AG Home. I think its just the CAT’S ASS.
And these mirrors. I love a good foxed mirror. All the better for aging. ;-)))
Picture these against a deep, dark, charcoal wall. Sexy.
These little dumplings were crazy affordable which leads me to think, let’s go wild and cover an entire wall with them. Imagine the impact (and the ambiance!). We need to invent remote control, battery operated tapers, do they have them? I’m sure they do.
On order.
Found a great resource for art. Longing for the day I have time to peruse their website. Whoever matts and frames their artwork is insanely talented. There wasn’t a frame that stunk – anywhere?!
So what I loved about this guy was how wide it was, like 60 inches, however, the other great thing I took note of was how low it hung over the table, and that got me really excited. There was a certain amount of intimacy, it lend itself to, by hanging lower than expected.
Really??? Step away from the rug ma’am. Stop petting the rug ma’am. Ma’am!
My all time favorite. Let’s just change our names to “faux bois” shall me?
That’ll do it for me team. Hope you enjoyed and gleaned some good ideas and inspiration! That’s the goal on the road. Don’t be afraid to hang that chandy lower. Id say better lower than too high.
Now this little piggy needs to get to pure barre, only five more weeks until I have to show my face in a bathing suit with my husbands…..co-workers (!!!!) #shootmenow
Happy new year!!! I finally put all of Christmas away and had some fun restyling our home. Can’t wait to share with you all next. Cheers babes!

I’m with you…saw so much cool stuff! I have been thinking of trying Pure Barr….heard it’s hard:)
That ticking wingback is amazing! I honestly cannot stop looking at it.
I have just discovered your blog, and love it! Would you please share who makes the fabulous sconce that is large-scale what attaches to the wall in your 20th picture from the beginning, and also the amazing artwork featured in picture #42? is it Natural Curiosities?
Thank you for stopping by! The sconce was from Arteriors, or Global Views, I cannot remember which. I think it was Global Views and the art was from wendover art group xoxo
